Maintenance-free counter-balance sash.

Counter-balanced sash avoids risks from flat spring fatigue and cracks, and problems of uneven pulling force and being prone to displacement.

Isolated downward air filter from the plenum avoids contamination from the joint between the filter and air outlet.

There is possibility that the joint between the filter and the air outlet may not be airtight, which will lead to non-filtered air bypassing the filter and contaminate the workspace. We separate the supply filter from inside the plenum, totally avoiding the possibility of air bypassing filter.

 Timed machine and UVC lamps on/off

Machine and UVC lamps on/off can be scheduled to switch on/off. Operator can schedule the machine on/off and UVC disinfection as required, saving operator time.

UVC lamps interlock to protect operators

UVC lamps interlock with lighting to avoid neglecting UVC lamps running, resulting to accidental harm to human being.

Filter life alarm

Audible and visible alarm to prompt replacing HEPA filter.

Built-in filter integrity test port

Test port for testing the integrity of filter including filter defect, filtration efficiency and leakage.

Rigorous Factory Testing

Filter integrity, air cleanliness, airflow velocity, noise and electrical safety will be tested on every machine before leaving factory.
