UVC Mobile Disinfector
KXZ series UV ray air sterilizer is mainly made of fan, pre-filter, UVC disinfection module and carbon filter. With centrifugal fan or tangential (cross flow) fan circulating indoor air, air will be circulated into the disinfection module and get disinfected. If HEPA or other filters are installed particles can also be removed. Deliberate structure is designed to avoid UVC contact with people.

This module mainly consists of UV lamp and balst. High intensity (20,000μm/cm2) UVC ray is able to penetrate microbes cell and destroy the protein and nucleus structure to deactivate or kill microbes. 


Disinfection Efficacy:

● Machines can be used to achieve Class II or III environment (GB 15982-2012)* in hospitals and other facilities.

● Deactivation rate for natural microorganisms is >90% after running machine for 60 min continuously;

● Deactivation rate for Staphylococcus albus in aerosol chamber is >99.90% after running machine for 30 min continuously;

● Deactivation for Human Coronavirus (HCoV-229E) and H1N1 virus is >99.99%


* Environment Classifications:

Class I: Top-level operating room and other highly hygienic areas like clean room for bone marrow transplantation.

Class II: Common operating room, common patient ward for bone marrow transplantation, delivery ward, catheter room, infant room, organ transplantation ward, burn ward, ICU, hematology ward.

Class III: Pediatric ward, rooming-in, obstetrics-gynecology examination room, abortion room, treatment room, blood transfusion department, disinfection supply center, hemodialysis room, emergency room, laboratory, various general wards

Class IV: General outpatient and emergency department and examination room (injection room, dressing room), infectious disease clinic and ward
