XDCZ-V Laminar Flow Disinfection Canopy (Bed Isolation System)
Laminar flow disinfection canopy uses vertical laminar flow system to make the air cleanliness in the canopy maintain cleanliness 100. Simultaneously, the area inside the canopy maintains relative positive pressure to prevent the external polluted air from entering the canopy, isolating the inner from the outside. Locally clean room can be created by applying this machine. The machine can act as sterile room reducing the possibility of being infected. This is suitable for burn patient, hematological patient, patient with respiratory disease, patient receiving chemoradiotherapy and other immunocompromised patient.

Specification

Disinfection principle

•UV + fiberglass HEPA

•High intensity UV can penetrate into cells of microorganisms, destroy protein structure to kill or sterilize microorganisms.

•HEPA 13 effectively eliminate particles ≥0.3 μm and small size microorganisms to achieve disinfection and cleaning effect.


Function

•After running for 10 min airborne microorganisms in the canopy is 1 cfu/m3, conforming to GB/T 16293-2010 testing method and standard. 

•After running for 10 min cleanliness is as below:

Particle Φ > 5 μm, 0/L; Particle Φ > 0.5 μm, 1/L conforming to GB 50333-2013 assessment standard. Cleanliness is class 100.


Application scope
