Working Process

● Temperature increment

Flash evaporator and fan for diffusion are initiated. When flash evaporator temperature reach 140 °C, hydrogen peroxide solution will be pumped into evaporator by peristaltic pump.

● Evaporation

Evaporator and peritaltic measure pump work collaboratively to evaporate hydrogen peroixde (H2O2). Namely, if temperature is higher than set temperature heating will pause; if lower, measure pump will pause to wait for the evaporator. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide is carried by auxiliary carrying fan to diffusion fan and diffused to the whole enclosed space. After hydrogen peroxide of set volume are diffused, machine enters into surface and air sterilization period. 

● Sterilzation

The evaporation process proceed working for 5 minutes after entering into sterilization period. Diffusion fan will continue work to diffuse H2O2 in enclosed space. After surface and air sterilization process time of pre-set 30 minutes is out, sterilization process step to decomposition process.

● Decomposition

Collection fan and diffusion fan work together to circulate air with hydrogen peroxide to decomposing unit to decompose hydrogen peroxide. When peroxide concentration in room is < 1ppm, which is detected by H2O2 sensor, machine shuts down automatically.
